Returns & Exchanges
Not quite right? We understand, which is why we offer a full refund for any UK returns made within 30 days of purchase. Returning an international order? You have 45 days from purchase to make your return.
Please email hello@bykirbyanne.com to organise your return. We will send you a return QR code and deduct the return delivery cost from your refund.
